About BloomHer

BloomHer is a holistic women's wellness brand operated by BloomHer Brands LLC, a subsidiary of Laurent Holdings LLC. BloomHer is a wellness platform that connects you with licensed clinical practitioners through our partnerships with Fullscript (practitioner-grade supplements and lab testing) and LegUp Rx (GLP-1 prescription medications). BloomHer is not itself a medical practice and does not prescribe medications, diagnose conditions, or provide medical care.

Not Medical Advice

The content on this website and in any BloomHer programs, books, or communications is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before starting any new supplement, medication, exercise program, or dietary change. Minors & Parental Consent

Anyone under 18 years of age cannot order lab testing, prescription medications including GLP-1, supplements, or receive practitioner support through BloomHer™ without the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present for any consultation involving a minor and must sign all intake and authorization forms. See our full disclosures for details.

Prescription Medications

All prescription medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists, are prescribed exclusively by licensed healthcare providers employed by our clinical partners, following appropriate medical evaluation, lab review, and ongoing clinical oversight. Prescription pathways require a virtual or in-person consultation with a licensed practitioner who will determine medical appropriateness on an individual basis. BloomHer does not guarantee that any individual will qualify for prescription therapy.

Supplements (FDA Statement)

Statements about dietary supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplements are practitioner-grade and intended to support, not replace, a healthy lifestyle and conventional medical care.

Results & Testimonials

Individual results vary. Testimonials and stories shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes for every client. Some testimonials are composites drawn from real client experiences, with names and identifying details changed to protect privacy.

Purchases and Refunds

Digital products (books, downloads, program access) are non-refundable once delivered. Physical products are refundable within 30 days of purchase if unopened. Prescription medications and personalized clinical services are not refundable once the consultation has occurred or the prescription has been dispensed.

Affiliate & FTC Disclosure

BloomHer may receive compensation from clinical partners, laboratory services, and supplement providers we recommend. We only partner with practitioners and providers we have personally vetted and would use ourselves. All compensation is disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, the BloomHer name and logo, and proprietary methodologies including AlignMethod™, The Second Bloom™, the Dry Sponge Method™, Glow Gatherings™, and the Aligned Ambassador Program™, is the intellectual property of Laurent Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomHer Brands LLC, its parent and affiliated entities, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
